Roof Cleaning

PCS knows how important the roof structure is for your house, so we take care of this part very carefully. We begin by agitating any large clumps of moss with a stiff brush. Then, we blow all the loose debris off the roof with a commercial-grade backpack blower. We clear all the debris from the inside of the gutters and check that all the downspouts are clear.

We then apply granular zinc sulfate to the roof to kill any remaining moss. Zinc sulfate is cost effective and kills all moss within one month. It is EPA approved and won't harm your plants or siding. Rain and wind naturally wash away remaining dead moss.
Gutter Cleaning
As a company PCS knows how important gutters are for your house, so we are focused on every detail to be done correctly for your gutters by using the correct equipment. Cleaning your gutters regularly allows prevention of problems such as foundation problems, basement leaks, mold growth and stains.
We remove all the debris by hand from the gutters and check the downspouts to see if they are working properly and if there is blockage, we take apart the gutters to remove the debris. All debris that we collect is deposited in your yard waste container.
Power Washing
PCS knows that the concrete, siding, deck, brick, fence and patio furniture are very important for you, so we use high or low pressure washing to remove all dirt and mold from your siding with no chemicals. It gives your home a clean look and extends the life of your home without costly repairs and makes it look beautiful and shiny.
Window Cleaning
We carefully clean each window, only using soap during window washing. We do not use any harmful chemicals. No ammonia, vinegar, or harsh chemicals is added to our solution. Once the window is washed we offer free scraping which other companies don’t. We squeegee it off to remove the water and dirt. After we use a highly absorbent towel to dry the edges. When we wash your windows outside, we use rubber guards on our ladder to prevent scratches and dents on your house. Inside we take off our shoes and place a large towel to prevent any dripping.
CHRISMAS LIGHTS DECORATION
At Christmas time, it is very nice and fun for us to do this service because we are filled with joy to see the houses filled with lights of different colors. Besides, this creates a real Christmas spirit for every home that believes in this beautiful tradition. Our service includes the setting and removal of the lights; the owners must provide their lights since we only take care of the installation work.
